Easy Sweet Potato Fries

This is a go-to staple for me. Sweet potatoes are a great, natural carb source to replenish glycogen stores after a workout or from following keto principles during the day. Simple and easy, just the way I like it.



  • Pre-heat oven to 350
  • Peel and cut sweet potato into thin, finger length fries
  • Place into glass baking dish (using a glass baking dish creates a softer, fully cooked fry)
  • Generously coat fries in olive oil
  • Sprinkle salt throughout
  • Mix with spoon to evenly coat fires in olive oil and salt
  • Cook for 35-40 minutes
  • When finished cooking, sprinkle turmeric all over
  • Enjoy!
